Happy Father’s Day!  📖 Romans 8:28 “And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love Him, who have been called according to His purpose.”  I thought I was building a trading career. Looking back, God was preparing me to become a father. When I first started trading, all I cared about was becoming profitable. Making money. Financial Freedom. Success.  Building a business. What I didn’t realize was that God was using that journey to develop something much deeper. Trading taught me discipline.Showing up every day whether I felt like it or not. Trading taught me patience. Waiting for the right opportunity instead of forcing outcomes. Trading taught me emotional control. Learning how to stay calm when things don’t go my way. Trading taught me humility. Because the market has a way of exposing every weakness you have. At the time, I thought these lessons were preparing me to become a better trader. Now I realize they were preparing me to become a better father. Because fatherhood requires the same things. Discipline when you’re tired. Patience when things don’t happen on your timeline. Emotional control when life gets stressful. Humility to keep learning and growing. Looking back, God used trading, losses, setbacks, discipline, and success to prepare me for something greater than I realized. The money has been a blessing. The freedom has been a blessing. But none of it compares to being present for moments like these. One day my son won’t care how many points I made on NQ. He won’t care how many payouts I received. He won’t care how many funded accounts I had. But I pray he’ll remember a father who loved God, loved his family, and showed up every day. That’s the legacy I’m trying to build. Looking back, I thought God was teaching me how to trade. He was teaching me how to lead.
