Unfortunately you being the detective and knowing how to relate all those things helps you solve the crime by putting all the clues together in line to create the storyline but the customer may never connect those dots and may have had some of those symptoms they just lived with and the noise was something they couldn’t live with . You putting it all together is smart . I too wish the client would give me a list of irregularities so I can piece it together easier but often never get it . The long “ drive it “ diagnosis for intermittent issues is the norm now .
