I’m 39 (40) in a few days and I’m almost in full blown menopause and the doctors didn’t believe my symptoms until I had all of my hormone levels tested, crazy how we’re ignored.

Perimenopause is awful... My PMDD gets so bad now. Some months I am about to go check myself in somewhere, then start day and *poof* I'm back to okay again 😵💫 My sleep schedule also went wild. I'm on a farmer schedule now, in bed by 9pm and up at 5am 😂

Let’s talk about getting to the root cause 😩 because idk if it’s PMDD worsening or Premenopausal symptoms but SSRIs can only do so much.

I did the SSRI with a dash of therapy but none of that worked because we are in desperate need of therapist. The SSRIs are a bandaid that hurts more than anything else. I put on a ton of weight and the anxiety never left. Things got better after I found Happy Saffron Plus and detoxed from the SSRIs. Listening to your body is so important. We are getting newer and better information about what we are going through today with perimenopause and menopause.
