Mike :
as someone whos watched a person type their bank card and password into their app log in on a bus and was able to then go log in and change the password with email verification because they had the same email and password for the verification and their backup verification email account for their email log in verification was the same email but with a different number at the end of the word in the email. Bro only had 43$ in his account as well as over 1k in credit card debt but I was still able to access his account none the less.

Chat, automation, agent — the three words everyone mixes up If you've ever nodded when someone said
Chat, automation, agent — the three words everyone mixes up If you've ever nodded when someone said "AI agent" and had no idea what they meant, this is for you. First: the confusion is the industry's fault. Everything gets called an agent now because "agent" sells. If these words have felt slippery, that's the words being misused — not you being slow. CHAT. You type a question, it types an answer, and then it WAITS. That last part is the whole definition. It'll sit there all day, perfectly capable, doing nothing, until you type again. Ask for a recipe, get a recipe — it will never shop for the ingredients and never wonder how dinner went. You move everything forward. Every time. AUTOMATION. Older than AI, and you've lived inside it for years. You sign up for something, a welcome email shows up — nobody typed that email. Somebody built it once, years ago, and it has greeted every person since. Something happens, so things happen: a trigger, then steps, in a fixed order, forever. The key: the thinking already happened. A person decided every step in advance. It's faithful, tireless and completely literal — and that's a FEATURE. For work that should happen identically every time, you want the literal one. AGENT. It has two things the others lack: a GOAL and a LOOP. You hand it an outcome instead of a step. It plans, does something, looks at the result, changes approach if that didn't work, and goes again until the goal is met. Ask it to plan a weekend trip within a budget: it searches, finds flights too expensive, tries different dates on its own, finds something that fits, checks the hotel is near the places you said you cared about, and comes back with a finished plan. Nobody told it to try different dates. It decided that mid-job, because the first attempt failed. SO HERE'S YOUR TEST — one question, works on every AI tool anyone will ever sell you: **Who decides the next step?** → You, every single time = CHAT → Decided in advance by whoever built it = AUTOMATION → The AI, while the work is happening = AGENT Chat waits for you. Automation follows the path. An agent chooses. That's it. You now understand the difference better than most people posting about it. And once you see the three clearly, the real picture shows up: they STACK. The best systems use all three — automations carrying the steady repeated work, AI dropped inside those automations for the judgment calls, agents taking whole jobs that need thinking through. Knowing which one a job actually needs is the skill. Reaching for an agent when a simple automation would do is the most expensive beginner mistake there is. That's what I teach: how to actually build these — the automations, the AI inside them, the agents, and the AI employees you get when you put it all together. Step by step, from zero. #aiautomation #aiagent #aiemployee
