The Vault is one drive. you can make a vault if he opened it and it wasn’t setup then he has never used the vault. I believe it’s so if anyone ever hacks your pc then they can’t get into it because it is one drives highest security.

My one drive has a default ‘Vault’ folder with nothing in it that when you try to delete it it just comes back

The Vault on OneDrive is a special file where you can store private documents but it does have to be set up first so it probably was innocent

its a feature on onedrive and adds a folder to your PC even if you dont use it

talk about causing trouble, the vault is part of one drive its on any computer, if its not set up then its never been used

there is one disguised as a calculator aswell - you put the password into calculator and it brings up all the hidden files ! my ex used them all just leave him now !
