When I became a mom I noticed this was a natural mentality when dealing with children. If I compliment 1 daughter, the other daughter would think something negative was being said about her. Ex. Kid 1 I’d say“Wow, I love your outfit today” kid 2 “so you don’t like my outfit” it took a bit to teach them that it’s okay to give praise and it’s nothing against anyone. Now they understand and developed a mature mentality on this. I wasn’t trying to hurt their feelings but they use to internalize every statement. Now we celebrate each other. We have courageous conversations and build each other up. So some of these comments on tik tok are made by children. Love this video because this is how you should navigate life.
