It doesn't mean that.It means if you use physical discipline then your kids will become aggressive and fight with siblings or friends or hit when someone is doing smth that they don't like.It means if you talk mean to your kids then they'll talk mean to you or siblings or friends or other people.If you disrespect kids then kids will disrespect you and other people.If you yell at kids then kids will yell at you or other people.If you treat them good then they should want to help you bc they love you and want to make you happy and do stuff for you.If you're nice to your kids then they'll usually end up being nice as well

Same with work ethic, my boys don't have any. Wife and I never call in and always do what we can to help the companies we work for. Its so disappointing.
