It’s going to be okay! Some women are just genetically predisposed to having it. I just had to check my sugar levels in the morning and after meals. It’s not the end of the world- I promise!

You can workout and have the best diet and still fail the test. It's not your fault!! It has to do with your placenta and hormones. I worked out for the whole pregnancy and had a healthy diet and failed mine ❤️

Just for some encouragement I failed my one hour and passed my three! Also from what I’ve read passing/failing has nothing to do with your heath and has more to do with the man. Don’t stress!

I had to do the 3 hour test and passed! Bring a blanket, book, or something to do! They wouldn’t let me go to the car or drink water.
