I’ve noticed if I keep up with my collagen everyday, I don’t feel it as much. If I miss a few days, it starts hurting more

I think doing clamshells and barre glute exercises is how I got this in the first place!

Chiropractor helped me. I’ve had this happen twice. The second time I could barely walk. 3 visits to the chiropractor and it was gone.

I feel like if I keep reducing what I’m doing, I never get it back fully to where it was before and in a little while I’m not gonna be able to do anything at all

I’ve had this for 5 years and haven’t crossed my legs or slept on that side in 3 years and it still is there.

You said something about reinjuring it. Aside from sleeping on it, crossing legs, or putting pressure on the hip, how else can you injure it? Just want to be careful.

You said your hiking was re-injuring it. I walk and hike a lot, can that be a problem?

I sleep with long king size cooling pillow, I also ice after work, the stretches you talking about makes it worse

Pretty sure this is me. 7 months of back spasms pain into gluteal area which led to hip snapping in the front it’s unbelievably frustrating.

Walking. The more I did daily walks, the better it felt. I try and walk 2 miles most days. I used to sleep on my side with my knee dropped over to the mattress. I now always make sure my knees are together when I sleep. That made a huge huge difference.

I have forward pelvic tilt and hEDS with frequent W sits as my life-long fave way to sit — I can’t even do pidgin pose at all — does this info here still apply? Thanks 🥰
