@702runner: Meet the all new Salomon Aero Blaze 3. Based on my research this is a lightweight daily trainer which was designed to be like a Do-it-all type of shoe, from easy miles to faster workouts. It is well cushioned and very responsive. Tbh I was contemplating getting the new NB Rebel v5 but what made me go with the Aero blaze is its midsole, it is using a Supercritical expanded eTPU beads which makes it lively and soft but not mushy compared to the peba(20%)/eva(80%) blend on the rebel v5 which is exactly the same as the v4. In my experience with the v4, it is very soft that’s why it bottoms out and its not so durable. This in the other hand is right in the “Goldilocks zone” as other people might call it, not too soft but not too firm.
