@fitmamasb: 🔥 3 Common Mistakes I Corrected This Week in Class (and How to Fix Them!) 🔥 At our women’s fitness studios in Santa Barbara and Ventura, we focus on quality movement over just going through the motions. As a corrective exercise specialist, I’m always looking for ways to help our members move better, feel stronger, and stay pain-free. 💪✨ Here are 3 mistakes I coached this week and the simple tweaks that made a big difference: • Deadlifts: Collapsing at the bottom to touch the kettlebell to the floor 🔻 Instead, stop at mid-shin or when your back starts to round.
