Corruption in Minnesota is worse than Pakistan and Nigeria. I know people from Ilhan's constituents own most of the Nursing homes in Minneapolis, and I heard - that they claim providing Healthcare and accommodation to elderly people who passed away long time - and they collect exuberant amount of money from the State. All Nursing homes must be investigated by Federal agents.
