I have been taking them for a month and I haven’t seen a difference. Maybe I’m doing something wrong because my stomach is still big!!! I have been eating healthy since March and have only been drinking water. I have lost weight but not my stomach 🤷🏽♀️and I’m not going to the bathroom regularly 🤔
