Pick a lean protein source and 4 cups of a vegetable for each meal. 8oz of protein for men, 5oz of protein for women. Buy fruit as your snack Throw everything else away (INCLUDES chips, cookies, etc) Lift weights for 3 days a week. Leg Day, Chest Day & Back Day. On the days you lift weights do 30 minutes of cardio On the days you don’t lift weights do 60 minutes of cardio. Pick a time to do these things and stick to it.
