Such a valid question. For the first time I’m working for a company predominantly of women and it’s night and day from my previous roles. It’s challenging but so supportive and everyone is so smart. I know I’m in the right place because I’m not the smartest in the room and everyone is so collaborative and helpful. And the job just gets done.

I totally relate! I work in life science marketing with most of the leadership based in Germany. The culture is so masculine even from the women. The fight for getting my point across has left me so exhausted 😭 So I feel you! I’m working to start up my own business because this corporate life is not for me lol.

I went from tech to public health and it's a world of difference. Being around women who are also very geared towards helping others, it's so much better than the tech bros. Tho I will say, not all men, not all women. At my old tech job one of the biggest pains in my *ss was a woman, and my supportive coworkers were men.
