1 security can’t press charges for coming up on someone unaccounted for and unannounced(he was just standing there quietly at start so guy wouldn’t be allowed to be charged, as no evidence shows the officer made any remarks to identify themselves. Making it a accident in th eyes of the law) so the battery charge can’t stick really. 2 security needs a reason to actually kick you out, cause technically them coming up to you without a actually reason it’s harassment. So say he was loud, or rude or made comments to someone. Security must witness it with eyes on camera, word or mouth does not work there(doesn’t even work for real police either). Then factor in the unprofessional behavior by this main security.
