Probably not, those cameras get a lot of movement alerts, no one checks them. If she saw it she would have called him. He called the police, he found trigg first.

If her phone goes off due to a motion detection in the pool... why wouldnt the fathers phone do the same.. he was doing bets on a sports game while his baby was fighting for his life with only the dog to save him... I'll come for YOU!! it was NEGLECT on the dad's part 💯
