Function of vex has a ceramic matte that was made specifically for these! It grips the powder better and makes them more pigmented. Definitely don’t use it for isolated chrome because it grips everything dusted on it

I started using an eyeshadow sponge to put the powder on then use a brush to blend it out some and it seems to make the pigment better!
