This is absolutely incredible. Just pay close attention on what this tyrant cops say and do? Really pay attention. These cops act like they have rights....they don't, only privileges. These pigs are typically what cops have become.

In court, them removing the weapon would likely hold up. He unfortunately and obviously acts aggressively in a manner that would make them question his sanity with a weapon and their saftey. Once the weapon was removed from him, his demeanor completely changed and all he wanted to do was cooperate and tell his side of the story. One could argue the state could force a mental check to make sure he should even be allowed a CC. Subject has his CC and acts aggressively towards cops while refusing to cooperate and yelling at them to leave, cops notice gun and make sure gun is safely removed. Subject with no gun turns completely compliant and no longer yells at cops aggressively to leave….. just because you know most of the laws, doesn’t mean you should walk all the lines expecting the same results
