Everyone telling you it’s preeclampsia, swelling can be a symptom OF preeclampsia but it can also be a symptom of just being up the duff and carrying a whole human being 🤪 I had the worst swelling towards the end, even my vulva was like a water bed hahaha

I had this and had preeclampsia, it got sooo much worse after the ECS. I now have long term hypertension due to pregnancy. A year later I still have high blood pressure and protein in my urine😩

This is called “pitting edema” and it’s definitely something to keep a close eye on. Pre-eclampsia can come on quickly so make sure you have a birth team you trust!

Yes guys I’ve been checked numerous times, I’m high risk with two heavy boys on board 🥰 and this is normal off carrying so much weight + fluid. I would never not get checked and post something 🤣 I hope I haven’t traumatised too many people, but I had to share my discomfort 🤣🤣🤣 x
