Why are people confused??? Drunk driving and destruction (or even attempted destruction) of property are illegal. The girl got arrested because she admitted to committing to egging the car and there are witnesses to the mom driving drunk. Why would they not get arrested???

Okay 1. I know for sure that minor cannot be talked to without an adult or guardian around so him separating them was not a good idea 2. An arrest is excessive considering there’s no damage YET and the people whose car was egged is not suing.

This was EXCESSIVE. I hope they fought it in court because he can’t arrest someone off hearsay! Doesn’t matter if someone said they saw her, he didn’t. She was right for not agreeing. Again I hope they fought this.
