Can we just take a moment to consider competency. I’m not paying a higher SHADS or the price guide rate if im not seeing output that aligns with that. This is a PSA to all those support workers that think baby sitting is assisting with daily living skills

The people employed that have no education or experience should absolutely be on level 1. Its a kick in the teeth for us that have worked for years, done the education and they're getting the same
