Everyone in the comments is acting like she didn’t go to the Academy and train for it. She went through the exact same training that her male counterparts did. Stop underestimating her just based on her looks and a short video, if she couldn’t do her job she wouldn’t have it.

Lots of people talking bout the ol fashion "fireman carry" but it is an out dated carry. This is a demonstration of the "Backpack carry" easier on the back better center balance and less taxing to stamina. Fireman carry is alright for a short burst of fast movement. But in a burning building surrounded in debris and jagged edges its best to have better positive security of the head. Instead of them making your silhouette wider thus needing more space to navigate, the backpack carry keeps your silhouette generally the same. Fireman carry Looks cool in movies tho, thats why they still do it in action films. (I know someone's gonna say "what about their gear, like O2 tank?") Firefighters are also taught various drags to compensate, though drags admittedly is taxing on stamina.
