Yes I agree. It was the vitamins, hydration and diet change that helped me out of my illness, chronic fatigue and fibro but learning I had to heal my nervous system and triggers was the missing piece for me. I was definitely running from the discomfort and the suppressed emotions. Releasing 🙏🏼☀️
