No one in their right mind wakes up and decides to take a stroll with an AR15. He is clearly looking for a confrontation, whether it be with police or to frighten other people. Sure it may be legal, but it's not normal to walk around with an AR over your shoulder.

Totally cool, but I see why the officer is a bit nervous. Poor guy is at work and is worried about getting shot, definitely need to normalize people carrying weapons openly.
