I prefer adnauseam, it does all the things Ublock origin does, but in the background it clicks every single ad. So, as a result, advertisers lose money for each click adnauseam does, and you are polluting their data by clicking every ad.

if you're into literally anything that uses a wiki I'd also reccomend indie wiki buddy, basically it helps block out the massive wiki farms that make a shitton of money off other people's work

Just Install Brave browser shall we?, No need extension because Brave already have it all.
But still... if ya'all already don't believe Chromium based, I would recommend Waterfox browser instead Firefox

fun fact: they've done studies and dark mode is harder on your eyes than light mode. 😅
now watch all the wrong dark mode fanboys be like "no but..." in the replies 😂

Containers! A must-have extension that let's you separate website sessions from each other. Great for privacy and working with multiple accounts.

Another extension is HTTPS everywhere. This extension makes sure you connect to the secure version of every website. Some websites have both HTTP and HTTPS. Some scam websites use only HTTP for obvious reasons. If the extension can't force a secure HTTPS connection, probably best to not visit that site at all. You can set so that the extension prefers HTTPS, or forces it. Meaning if you prefer, you can still access HTTP sites (not recommended). Forcing it is more secure and will not allow you to connect to non HTTPS.

Can you address how using uBlock makes YouTube slows itself down to a crawl? Been experiencing it in Firefox and Opera lately
