@bakedbyyu: chocolate chip banana muffins🍌🍫 Ingredients: 2 medium sized bananas 30ml milk 1 egg 60g melted butter 1/2 tsp vanilla essence 150g all purpose flour 100g brown sugar Pinch of salt 1 1/2 tsp baking powder 1/2 tsp baking soda 1/4 tsp cinnamon (optional) 50g dark chocolate chips/chunks (add more or less according to your preference) Instructions: -In a bowl premix your dry ingredients (flour, salt, cinnamon, baking soda and baking powder) and set aside. -in another bowl, mash your overripe bananas, then add brown sugar and mix. -Add milk, egg, butter and vanilla essence and whisk until combined. -sift in your dry ingredients and gently fold. Do not overmix. -fold in chocolate chips/chunks and scoop into muffin pan lined with muffin cups/liner. -bake at 350°F (180°C) pre heated oven for 25-30 mins. #baking #bananamuffins #dessert #muffins
