I would have reported him to police if he had drugs that way if he was charged dint think the girls would be with him

Can't she tell the court she wants him drug tested? Surly it's not right for him to have custody of the kids when he's doing stuff like that an drinking whilst driving?

You need someone to help you in court and support your case do you have a social worker or cafcas or anything? If you dont maybe reach out to them and explain ure situation and tell them the reasons you dont feel he is suitable to have your girls full time, you need evidence if possible, have you got proof of his drug use or any abuse ect from when you where with him? This seems very unfair, stay strong x
