We had the same UPS driver for years. Never met him outside the service he provided to our neighborhood. The casual conversations were always cordial. As we were closing in on retirement age the casual conversation were gone his work load almost doubled over the years. Wearing a back brace 2 knee braces elbow brace he still jumped out of that truck with the same enthusiasm he did when we were both younger. When he retired never saw him again. Much respect to UPS drivers.

My son is #60 out of 60 on the seniority list. 😩 His center hasn’t hired drivers since 2022! As a 25 year old, he hates working Tuesday thru Saturday. Praying for Monday thru Friday - one day.

I have 140 stops today my 8hr is around 90. I have 22 stops off at 12:30 right now headed to lunch.. I don’t think it’s getting finished.

Retired 35 year driver here- most people don’t understand how many stops a driver does a day, follow all the safety protocols, while trying to hit your allowance. They think they can do it when only 4 out of 10 have made seniority historically.

230 was the lowest amount I had all week last week. One day it said I was supposed to drop my last stop at 4 in the morning. I had over 400 that day. Routes supposed to go out with less than 190

I saw a video that a ups driver had 15 stops in the same building does that happen a lot and does that make yall routes easier cuz for Amazon that would be 1 stop with 15 locations

I feel like if your someone that goes does their does not ride time on the clock they punish you. Either stick you heavy or send you to finish some else route.

I retired in 07. I was high seniority too. didn't matter your seniority, you worked unless they light volume and someone extra to take over.
