As someone who frequently makes wings in the air fryer, those are done. I airfry mine for 14-15 mins on each side at 400. You did a higher degree for more time

get a meat probe. bone in meat is hard to tell by looks cause the blood veins can make it look pink even when cooked. temp is 165F for chicken

dark meat looks pink, due to the myoglobin in the chickens muscles. 35m at 425 is def enough or more than enough time for a thoroughly cooked winget and drumets. if u notice in some places you have whats known as meat separation from the bone which is also an indicator that your chickenis cooked well.
