What do you tell a person who has been running less than a year? Would you say 30-40 miles a week is a decent volume, not trying to do a sub 3 marathon for their first ever? This is anybody’s PR, no?

Yeah but for high volume mileage ppl who aren’t extremely experienced runners can’t recover from training all in z3+

Can you possibly do a video on how you plan/fit your running and fitness routine into your everyday life? Finding the time and scheduling can be tricky, especially around the typical 9-5 work week

I think getting out of zone 2 is still some of the best advice

I understand everyone is different but I was curious as to what your breathing looks like during your runs. Do you have a certain pattern? Do you recommend any for newer runners?

Can you do a vid on nutrition strategy? I feel like it’s impossible to consume as many carbs as science recommends

Great tips! How are you fueling on long runs that quick and often? I tried many gels and they just mess up my stomach.

You are so knowledgeable! I am running Berlin Marathon, I know I have to strength train but been so exhausted cause of the heat and life. Is it too late to start ST? What basic ST exercise would you say is must?

I come from a lifting and solidcore background running my first marathon in the fall, I’ve noticed running is so much easier when you’re stronger no soreness so running 5x a week off the rip feels just fine. Just getting used to running at a high HR for long periods of time causes a lot of fatigue on the body so I find myself just extra tired some days taking lots of naps.

Great advice. Especially the part about being uncertain in your training. I think the peace of mind having a coach is so valuable and more people should hire one
