Looks great and delicious. Can’t help notice there are no comments referencing the fact he has on no gloves, the preparation area is dirty ect. I don’t mind it, but when such things are seen on non-western food videos, you see these comments

As someone from Porto, Conga is the GO TO place for a bifana, anytime I go back home it’s a MUST better than a francesinha in my opinion, I grew up going to conga as a child, I remember you had to eat it standing up at the bar, they’ve now expanded massively 🥰 great owner too, you’ll still see him in his shop all the time

If this was filmed in India the comments would be saying how dirty and unhygienic this food looks. However, the comment’s section here is overwhelmingly positive which really highlights the unjust racism and online abuse that is targeted towards Indian people.

They are no longer the best bifanas in Porto, the bifanas now made in the conga are for tourists, the best bifana in Porto is now made in the bifanas house in Valongo

as a local you went to the best place ever for a bifana, my favourite bifanas are from Conga! the secret is also their bread. it’s super light and airy, almost like a cloud, which doesn’t weigh the sandwich down! you can easily eat 2 of these and not feel full ☺️
