as an italian i can tell you that if you store correctly parmesan cheese it can last so long and that cheese actually still looks so fresh

It still has multiple uses,as an Italian I can tell you it's going to be good for a while if you store it correctly. Getting rid of that is a huge waste.

@donttalktomexoxos: if you want to preserve it cut it up and grate it or scoop the cheese out like you did in the video and put it in an airtight bag and don't open it unless you're using it
