A Nigerian pregnant woman lost her twin's because she couldn't pay the hospital fees in her country,which means if you go to Nigeria you must have enough money for incase you can became sick , you will be expected to pay before being treated and it doesn't matter whether you are rich or poor, employed or not, you must pay.So why people are complaining when the same is being done in SA,or is it because you have everything in abundance and you don't know what to do about it. maybe I would understand if we were getting the free treatment and health service from other countries and we treating them badly in SA

You’re not comparing apples with apples. Rather talk about what was done to Zuma instead as a true equivalence. Enforcing the law removes social chaos. Some of your relatives are happy to not spend the whole say in a long queue whenever they have to go to the clinic or hospital, especially our older people.
