Work in nephrology and yes Lasix is a diuretic very common to prescribed patient with chronic kidney disease for edema or fluid overload but always stay on top of the electrolytes for sure specially potassium and sodium!!!🫡

Please check your potassium like your patients life depends on it not just your grades. Cuz if you don’t your patients could die. And then grades won’t matter. Also be on top of the patients vitals. Their BP could also drop.
