I’ve fully disassembled and reassembled a sed rate machine because service wouldn’t come and couldn’t be bothered to talk me through it over the phone. I had nothing but a PDF with written directions and some supplies they mailed to me 👌

Pneumatic hose leak in the Aptio. Specifically the centrifuge module. Gripper wasn’t holding on like it should. And since it was a nightshift on a Saturday, I wasn’t gonna get any help from the manufacturer.
