Our love for this city is unconditional, but guys allow me say something about the current state of sanitation in our city, for so long Fort Portal was recognized as the cleanest town in Uganda, but we lost that status as we became less-responsible about the manner in which we dispose waste like like (Obuvera&Nebicupa)traditionally batooro are smart people and we ought to live in a smart city
