I would look into POTS if you struggle with the heart rate issues and dizziness, especially more so in the summer! Typically people with POTS have heat/cold intolerance, personally, mine is worse with heat.

If you haven’t yet, have them put you on a Holter monitor rapid heart rate and dizziness is nothing to play around with you. Need to get to the bottom of it.
