Let the foundation tremble and hold.” You may feel a weight, a heat, or a trembling — that’s not imbalance. That’s awareness. Next, place a hand just below your navel — the Sacral Chakra. The home of pleasure, emotion, and forbidden want. Whisper: “What I denied, I now allow. Let the waters rise.” Emotions might rush — sadness, longing, even shame. Let them. Don’t run.
