@kelly_kohn: I had never cleaned a barbell before and when I did at one of @trainingwithday5 ‘s classes I was like 🤯🤯 So you know I had to show you! 🤪 Load up your barbell to something you can press overhead comfortably (or slightly uncomfortably if you want to challenge yourself! 🙌🏻) Stand tall letting the bar hang down straight. Bend forward in an RDL, make sure to tighten your core!! As you stand up, hop your heels off the floor to help with that clean! From here, press the bar straight overhead as shown.
