do you use the Global Healing liver cleanse stuff or something else? for theirs I was wondering if all the Epsom salt they use is safe? I know its supposed to flush ya, but I thought too much was dangerous? 🤔

I’m always uncertain what to eat AFTER doing a liver/gallbladder flush… how to reintroduce foods? I went back to eating normal (red meat and carbs, dairy etc) afterwards and then developed pancreatitis after a week😟

I took global healing liver cleanse? Just the dropper bottle, took 1 ml dropper for two days. Had to stop because I started to have die off symptoms and that lasted for a week straight. But on day seven my mind felt so clear and I felt connected to my body again. I had so much anger and rage (emotionally coming up) I couldn’t shake how angry I felt the 7 days I had die off symptoms. (I did go through some trauma in my life) I realized while I was feeling this way that it was old feelings from my past that I was harboring inside. I would love to continue to heal my liver. I just get scared when I have such crazy die off symptoms. I started to feel better when I drank cleavers tea and used the vibration plate to move my lymphatics.
