Cut cucumbers can’t be kept for too long (2-3 days max if in fridge) bc of the high water content (damp environment breeding ground for bacteria) learnt this from food&hygiene class….. 🙏

If you were wondering I stored them in the freezer (technically they can stay in the freezer indefinitly but the texture and taste will change after 3 to 4 months) and when I want to reheat them I usually use the microwave but if you want to avoid sogginess reheat in the oven. Hope it helps
