I had double lung covid pneumonia and refused to be hospitalized. My doctor said the best thing i could do was walk. I walked and walked and walked and don't even remember it because I was so sick but no doubt it kept me alive

Sun sun sun ☀️but we’ve been lead to believe if we step out in the sun without protection we will get skin cancer. I live in Australia born in the UK I spend as much time in the sun as i can. Makes you feel amazing

Hospitals a few decades ago used to put patients outside or on the roof of the hospital in the sun for the natural healing 😁 yes oh Yes!!

They kept patients in hospitals isolated til they died in 2020. I will never forget nor forgive the enforced isolation our government installed on us.

Sunlight is definitely therapeutic. Vitamin D, mood boosting, etc. But I work on one of these types of units in a hospital. Let’s not pretend it wasn’t ALSO the medications and respiratory treatments that helped him recover. If sun alone was some miracle treatment, Covid would not have killed so many.
