samsun kitchen products are terrible. I bought a whole kitchen se up. dishwasher was broken within a year due to a KNOWN WIRE ISSUE FOR THAT MODEL. The fee for them to come out was INSANE!! refrigerator is terrible. water pitcher doesn't fill and ice maker never works.stove sucks!!

Samsung dual ice maker bottom freezer. TRASH TRASH TRASH. I have to make ice with a counter ice maker. Expensive and even the fridge repair guy told me I made a mistake when he came to fix it

🤣 these most they will do if you have insurance is pay you back, they got tired of sending out a repair man for mine, replaced it 3 times, repair man video called with samsung tech, they dont have a fix or a workable replacement! what makes me mad is they new this design was a failure before putting it in these expensive fridges!
