Today in Corolla it cleared up thank God! They are Lions Mane jellyfish. Been going to OBX for 40 yrs and have never seen so many on the beach and in the water and for so many days in a row! :/

I just left OBX. Went to the ocean on Tuesday, Thursday and Friday. 2 days we went around 9am and were fine. Thursday, however was awful. we went after 12 and the beach looked just like that. Also in Corolla.
