I love this idea and wanna practice it. but do you ever feel its different to interact with people now in a post-covid, smartphone + AI-filled world? people feel a little more antisocial and just hanging in public feels like loitering.

in my country people don't want to talk to strangers. too any scammed used to ask for directions so now everyone is already annoyed and suspicious 😂 they'd think you have a phone so why would you not use it?

We have become too convenient as a society, reward and feelings of accomplishment are becoming harder to attain, impacting our mental health, I believe we should make life easier but this overconvenience that doesn't rely on people to achieve goals and tasks, defeats the purpose of communities and society, I'd rather fill a form out at a bank than online, I'd rather talk to a cashier than use self-checkout, I'd rather browse a store than an online store, we're becoming too detached and there'll be a point where the concept of humanity will be rendered impractical and futile, everything is too accessible and lacks effort, what's the point of living if we don't actually do something for ourselves, I think the Internet should've stayed out of homes and only been accessible through community hubs like libraries and schools
