🤔🤔 “people from Yorkshire” this is the 1st chippy I’ve seen up north that has the skin on…the fish cake isn’t a Sheffield thing you can get them all over the north & I only know of a couple of chippys that use dripping…. So not sure how many “people from Yorkshire” you actually know 😂

There’s literally 1000’s of chippies in Yorkshire, everyone will have their own preference. Some chippies are good one day but not the next, depends who’s frying.
