Agree on a mid-long term planning, but no NGO In the equation doesn’t make sense. NGOs are effectively more closed to the local community. It has to be balanced - more D2C together with a community upliftment programs thru NGOs. Mitra is a small unit, and it won’t have all the resources to do it all nationally.
