@chloe_plumstead: Can one person have too much Swiss chard? The answer is yes - yes they can. 🫠 Part of the fun of growing new things is figuring out what to do with them, and since I’ve found myself with an abundance of chard, I dug into my cookbooks to find some suitable recipes. I made: 🌱 Feta & chard filo parcels 🌱 Chard & ricotta tart (or quiche..? What’s the difference?) The great thing about chard is that it’s a cut and come again crop so there is still plenty to pick and enjoy. Let me know your favourite ways to enjoy this leafy green - I need all of the help I can get. 😅🥬 #allotmentuk #gardentokuk #allotmentdiary #beginnergardener #swisschard
I'm growing chard for the first time too. I just tried frying chard with garlic and butter and served with eggs on a sourdough. It was simple and delicious 😍

I think one of the reasons I love gardening is because it’s helping me with my perfectionism. Same with cooking from scratch. Home grown and home made is imperfect and sometimes not quite right but always beautiful
