This was a recall - you can bring your car to the dealership to be fixed free of charge. This is also like 2 years old

People act like this is something new, lots of company’s have issues with their paint from time to time, look at older Honda civ post 2010 and their clear coat issues

My Nissan XTrail 2011 is doing the same. Yesterday it started on the drivers door. Rear tail gate around the centre brake light started lifting about a year ago and today a huge chunk came off the top of that panel. Sydney Australia.

Hyundai paint peeling is often attributed to issues with the paint application process, specifically the adhesion between the different paint layers. poor quality of paint.
